Pre-Membership Education Seminar Held in Licab, Nueva Ecija

The Cooperative Development Office successfully conducted a Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) for prospective cooperative members in the municipality of Licab, Nueva Ecija. The event was held in coordination with newly elected Mayor Willie Domingo, who emphasized the vital role of cooperatives in advancing local livelihood initiatives.

Mayor Domingo expressed his support for cooperative development and encouraged residents to actively participate, noting that cooperatives will be key partners in the municipality’s upcoming livelihood programs. The seminar aimed to educate attendees on the principles, benefits, and responsibilities of being a cooperative member.
